Computer Generated Tower at Big Baldy in Sequoia Forest

Computer Generated 450' TV tower from Big Baldy peak in Sequoia National Forest. This image was used in a lawsuit by the National Parks and Conservation Association and John Rasmussen against KMPH Channel 26 in the Fresno, California area. Unfortunately, we lost and the result is shown below.

Big Baldy sits on the boundary between Kings Canyon National Park and Sequoia National Forest. It forms the east side of Redwood Canyon (one of the largest Giant Sequoia Groves).

Request that the Forest Service evaluate the necessity of Big Baldy as a TV site once the station switches to digital format. The primary reason given to locate at Big Baldy was the FCC requirement for channel separation (20 miles between close channel numbers). Also question whether it is appropriate to have a TV tower within the Giant Sequoia National Monument and next to the largest Giant Sequoia forest.
